• Leading a department of around 500 SKUs with a customer centric approach, proposing product assortment in line with market trends with customer demand.
• Responsible for department’s sale, shrinkage, and profit margin.
• Keeping strong over daily stock maintenance by continuous monitoring of inventory, shrinkage, and stock availability.
• Responsible for product presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness of the department at all times.
