• Intermediate Results or A-Level Results+ Equivalence Certificate

• 4 Photographs (Name mentioned on the back of each picture)
• 1 copy of CNIC of Candidate
• 1 copy of CNIC of Parent/Guardian

Please attach Two (2) copies of educational documents

Please follow these steps to apply to Hajvery University Lahore:

Step 1: Visit the campus or our official website to find detailed information regarding our various programs and our admission portal to apply for online admission.

Step 2: After deciding on the program, interested students can apply by completing the online application at our admission portal 

Step 3: Admission Applications can be submitted online through Hajvery University Online Admission Portal. To complete your admission application at and after adding some necessary required information.

Follow the following steps

First – Download & Print Admission Form

Second – Download & Print the Challan Form, and submit the Application Fees Rs.1100 into any branch of Askari or UBL bank near you. 

Third – Send us the Admission Form along with paid Challan Form and copies of all the documents through courier at the following address:

Hajvery University 33-Industrial Area, Gulberg-III, Lahore

Note: The application processing fees can be paid online or through bank transfer, alternatively payment can also be made at the Admissions Office. The prospective students will be informed about the admission test date, date of interview (if applicable).

Step 4: University will process your admission application and will check the eligibility and will inform you through SMS, Phone Call and the admission portal regarding your eligibility for admission into your desired degree program.

Step 5: Successful candidates will be required to deposit dues within the deadline to get the registration number and first-semester courses detail.

All the students are expected to attend an orientation session; they are also welcome to collect their timetables from our information desk.
