Job Title: Manager Growth – SME & Services
Department: Government & Corporate Sales
Location: Islamabad
Job Purpose:
• This role involves ensuring growth & profitability in the SME & Services Business Segment while applying segment and business development expertise to achieve business targets.
• The candidate is expected to have expertise in ICT products which can be leveraged to find and fill opportunities in the SME & Services firms.
The candidate will be a domain expert who will perform industry need analyses, research, product pricing, deal evaluations etc. for the assigned segment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to prepare periodic insights for the management related to the SME & Services segment.
• Develop a roadmap for onboarding and collaborating with strategic solution enablers to promote partnership ecosystem.
• Work closely with regional sales teams to understand business challenges and formulate ways to address them by thorough engagement with key stakeholders.
• Develop business cases & maintain pricing strategy for the assigned vertical.
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to implement segment specific used cases.
• Execute the short term and long terms growth strategies for digital and ICT services for growth verticals.
• Work closely with each region for business development in each industry and provide support in meeting industry wise targets.
• Collaborate to propose new strategies to tap into the market potential and increase penetration in the targeted verticals.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the industry verticals ecosystem, markets, competition and user requirements.
Education: Must have minimum of Bachelors Degree in a related field. Masters degree will be preferred.
Work Experience: At least 4 years’ of experience in managing sales & business development with prior exposure of the SME & Services sector. Apply

• This role involves ensuring growth & profitability of B2G business segment while applying segment & business development experience to achieve targets.
• The candidate is expected to have expertise in ICT sector with a prior exposure to Government sector with detailed knowledge of ICT solutions, developing targeted offers in B2G space, and competitive landscape.
• The candidate will be the domain expert who will do Industry need analysis, research, product pricing, ROI & offering regarding digital & ICT solution penetration in Government vertical.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to prepare periodic insights for the management related to the Government vertical.
• Develop roadmap for onboarding & collaboration with strategic solution enablers to promote partnership eco-system.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales team to understand Business challenges and formulate ways to address them by through engagement with key stakeholders for possible solutions.
• Develop business cases & maintain pricing strategy for the assigned vertical.
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to implement segment specific use cases Execute the short-term and long-term Growth strategy for digital and ICT services for growth verticals.
