Position: Floor Supervisor BPO Operations ( North, South, Central)
Location: Islamabad

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Responsible for handling the team, providing outstanding customer service by interacting with internal and external customers, and achieving assigned quantitative /qualitative individual & team performance targets as well as SLA KPIs assigned by the client.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• To ensure defined SLA KPIs are met and take effective actions for supervision of BPO Operations and effective management of floor activities.
• Effective Follow up and complaint handling.
• To ensure that team members are well informed with updated information related to relevant BPO projects along with policies and procedures by arranging shift meetings and refreshers.
• To follow the company policies and procedures. Should be updated on latest of telecom / BPO sector
• Should have deep knowledge of the Industry to handle internal external customer effectively.
• To remain updated on all current policies, procedures and products offered by clients and timely escalate the matters to respective channels.
• Effective staff monitoring through mystery, HCM calls on daily basis also ensuring occupancy and availability targets. Quality standards set by clients to meet CSAT-related target

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification: Minimum a Bachelor degree from a reputable university

Key Competencies:

• Out-of-the-box thinker
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Stake Holders.
• The BPO sector Should have deep knowledge of the Industry to handle internal and external customers effectively.
