Prime minister youth skills development program 2018 (for phase 5) launched and complete information here at. More than 25,000 Youth including 35% girls will be trained in demand driven trades across the country. This training will remover poverty and provide an opportunity to our youth to get employment. In order to decrease poverty, enhance employment opportunities, provide skilled workforce to large, medium & small scale industry and to meet the international labor market needs, the Government has initiated ‘Prime minister’s youth skill development program for unemployed youth belonging from lower and middle class families will be provided skill development training.
Prime Minister Youth Program 2023 Apply Online C wings of NAVTTC to enhance the quality of TVET certification across the country as a result of the powers granted under section-6(d) and 7(e) of the NAVTTC act of 2011.
6 (d) create standards for occupational competence in the national level including curricula, curriculum and trade testing certification for all areas that vocational technical training is offered.

Age Limit: 18 – 40 years
Successful candidates list will be uploaded on 16th April on NAVTTC website.
Those students who avail any NAVTTC course before are not eligible.
Course Duration: 03 to 06 Months

Principle of Certification
Certification is an official attestation or verification of specific characteristics of an individual, an object or business. It is typically offered, but is not always through an external review, education or evaluation. The aim in certifying is to prove that certain requirements have been satisfied. It is based upon established standards.
Functions of Certification Section.
Issue of certificates for NAVTTC funded projects or programs.
Maintaining the database to support TVET certificate given by NAVTTC.
Policy-making to standardize TVET Certification after accepting the stakeholder group.
- Attestation and verification of TVET certificates granted by the Boards for Technical Education(BTEs) , Trade Testing Boards (TTBs) , PVTC and National Training Bureau (NTB) of Federal and provinces that are associated with Pakistan.
Objectives of the Project:
To develop technical and vocational skills of unemployed youth belonging to lower and middle class families.
To remove poverty, to enhance employment opportunities, to provide skilled work force to large, medium and small scale Industry and to meet the international labor market needs.
Activities & Achievements:
Provided 06 months’ trainings in market relevant skills to 3447 trainees at Hyderabad, Larkana, Shaheed Benazirabad, Khairpur Mir’s, Gharo (thatta), Sehwan & Tando Muhammad Khan.
Assisted trainees with internships and employment opportunities.
Provided business management and financial management trainings to each trainee.
Trainee from Larkana was qualified for World Skills Competition.
15 trainees won cash prizes in Provincial Skills Competitions organized by NAVTTC.
28 trainees won Zonal Skills Competitions organized by NAVTTC.
