Position: Executive Franchise Sales Support

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Visit distributors & UShop retailers rugularly.
  • Be responsible for achieving HVC sales target from assigned distributor every month by facilitating them & engaging in productive activities.
  • Be responsible for achieving HVC sales target from assigned UShop retailers every month by facilitating them & engaging.
  • Be resolving day to day issues of assigned distributors & retailers.
  • Be responsible for achieving Blaze MBB sales target from assigned distributor through in-house sales team every month.

  • Complete assigned tasks & projects.
  • Through the management of distributor in-house sales team & retail team management.
  • Meeting targets of franchises and Ushops.

Position: Executive Priority Services-Government & Priority Sales

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Deal, monitor and coordinate with the performance of Corporate Services Executive who are tagged with high revenue generating corporate accounts.
  • Be responsible to develop a relationship with the customer retention through overall portfolio management which includes Revenue Monitoring/Churn Management/Customer Satisfaction.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Effectively and efficiently manage assigned corporate portfolio to proactively identify issues and challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant standard operating procedures and company/PTA policies.
  • Maintain desired customer services delivery TAT`s and ensure high satisfaction ratio & Acceptable complaint ratio of assigned corporate accounts through CSAT/Trim surveys.
  • Ensure proper implementation & deadlines of all initiatives/projects assigned by keeping a strong liaison with internal and external teams.
  • Ensure portfolio management KPI`s including revenue enhancement and retention of assigned customers.
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative Sales/Revenue targets as communicated through monthly/quarterly assigned targets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor`s Degree, preferably MBA
