High performance coach
Responsibilities
High performance coach is responsible for timely diagnosis, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of players in the Pakistan Team. High performance coach is responsible to ensure physical and medical fitness of players. High performance coach needs to work closely with Physiotherapists of National/ Regional teams, Physical trainers and Coaches to ensure players are medically/physically fit and provided the proper treatment in case of injury and otherwise.
Requirements
At least level 2 cricket coaching accreditation required for these jobs more level 3 & above level preferred for this job
Minimum five years of coaching experience with international or franchises or domestic teams required
Experience in successfully coaching athletes or cricketers on international standard required
Strong leadership and management skills required for this job
Need to prove the ability of work with wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds
Strong written and oral communication skills required for this job
Strong analytical capabilities with strong problem-solving skills required for this job
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft office suit.) required
